Head of Operations

We’re partnering with an exciting, rapidly expanding NYC food & beverage group that is searching for a Head of Operations to lead multi-unit performance, build scalable systems, and develop the next generation of operational leaders.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in restaurant (Quick Service) or hospitality operations

• Proven multi-unit leadership experience

• Strong background in new store openings

• Builder mindset — creating structure while staying adaptable

• Calm, steady leadership that earns trust with teams
