Designation :- Head Industrialization

Responsibilities :-

1. Study the design BOM and manufacturing process given by Prototype and Qualification team.
2. Understand the manufacturing and assembly process defined by design team.
3. Identify potential suppliers for the items mentioned in the design BOM together with design team and procurement team.
4. Identify critical assembly failure points with prototype and qualification team.
5. Develop manufacturing strategy for the product suitable for mass production setting.
6. Define key quality parameters in the assembly process.
7. Development of specialized tools and molds with supplier in accordance with the BOM.
8. Develop FIA (First article Inspection) plan along with quality team and design team.
9. Resolve complaints from manufacturing team in consult with design team.
10. Analyze manufacturing processes to identify key efficiency area in the processes and implementation of the said areas.
11. Identify and validate suppliers based on the Quality, timeline, and cost.
12. Creation of manufacturing documents like SOPs, WIS and quality control check sheet in consult with prototype and qualification team.
13. Continuous improvement in manufacturing process to improve efficiency.
