Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Operations & Business Developer to lead our operational strategy and expansion efforts. This role goes beyond managing daily operations—it involves building systems, developing teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Building scalable systems

• Oversee and optimize daily operations across all locations

• Design and implement scalable systems and processes

• Lead expansion efforts, including opening new branches

• Good Comprehension on numbers

• Can Lead the teams and develop potential leaders

• Identify and execute growth opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in F&B or restaurant chains

• Proven experience in opening new locations and managing expansion

• Strong financial and operational acumen

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
