You bring strong expertise in operations and distribution management, ideally within a luxury or retail environment. What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all valuables and non valuables movements across the Middle East network, ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and full compliance with Maison and Group standards. You will act as a key partner to commercial, logistics, and client experience teams, driving seamless execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all operational activities. To that extent, you will:

• Lead and coordinate key operational projects, including market integrations, trade flows, and process enhancements, in alignment with Richemont and Maison teams
• Oversee sales administration for internal and external boutiques, ensuring accurate stock transfers, invoicing, partner database management, and end client order follow up
• Support Events, CRM, VM, and Client Experience teams with logistics guidance and compliance coordination, including High Jewelry movements within the region
• Ensure operational compliance and best practices for transport, customs clearance, and storage across GCC countries, India, and Türkiye
• Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with logistics and IT teams
• Prepare and monitor operational dashboards, invoicing reports, and logistics performance indicators to ensure visibility and efficiency
