We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Head to join our client’s leadership team based in Dubai Investment City (DIC). In this role, you will oversee end-to-end operational functions including logistics, workshop, fleet, production, and customer support. You will lead departmental heads to ensure seamless coordination, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical understanding, and a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, driving overall business performance and growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives; oversee heads of logistics, production, fleet, and service departments to achieve targets.
Logistics Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor logistics operations; ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and resource optimization to improve turnaround times.
Workshop & Technical Services: Supervise maintenance, repairs, and spare-parts management for vehicles and machinery; ensure operational safety, reliability, and minimum downtime.
Customer Support & Service Operations: Oversee service and complaint handling teams; ensure timely response, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Fleet Management: Manage vehicle utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle planning; track movement, fuel usage, and costs; ensure compliance and availability.
Production Oversight: Oversee daily production activities, resource allocation, and output quality; implement process improvements for efficiency and consistency.
Resource & Budget Management: Control budgets and costs; ensure effective use of manpower and resources; drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards; implement SOPs, conduct audits, and manage operational risks.
People Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop managers and operational staff; promote accountability, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering.
Required Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or production management.
Technical Tools: ERP systems, fleet management software, MS Office.

Other Details
Workdays & Timing: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Benefits: As per UAE labor law

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
