Female Head of Primary – Dubai (Start Date: January 2026) A newly established and ambitious school in Al Awir, Dubai, is seeking a qualified and passionate Head of Primaryto join its leadership team starting January 2026. This is a small but rapidly growing school with approximately 130 students and exciting expansion plans over the coming years. The school is part of a well-established group of schools across the UAE, offering a fantastic opportunity for educators and leaders eager to grow their careers alongside the development of a new educational institution. The school provides affordable, high-quality education from FS1 (Pre-KG) to Year 7 (Grade 6), with a strong focus on holistic development. Its mission is to balance academic excellence with character building, practical life skills, and innovative teaching methods that foster creativity, critical thinking, and active student engagement. The Ideal Candidate • We are seeking a professional, adaptable, and enthusiastic Head of Primary who is passionate about teaching, learning, and cultivating a positive, inclusive school community. • Seeking a passionate leader, with a minimum of 2 years leadership experience as a Deputy Head or Head of Primary.
