Head of Private Family Office

Key Requirements:

(International / European environment)

- Minimum 20+ years of professional experience at a senior level

- 10–15+ years in executive leadership roles (CEO / CIO / Managing Director / Partner level)

- Proven track record in managing large-scale investment portfolios and global assets

- Deep expertise in investment strategy, capital allocation, and wealth preservation

- Strong experience working with family offices or ultra-high-net-worth individuals

- Advanced knowledge of governance, investment funds, and cross-border financial structures

- Excellent strategic thinking and long-term wealth planning capabilities

- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and international advisors

- High level of discretion, professionalism, and diplomatic skills

- Strong international exposure and ability to operate across jurisdictions

- Advisory mindset with strong executive presence and sound judgment

Qualifications & Certifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable

- Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent are a strong advantage

- Additional certifications in investment management, corporate governance, or wealth management are preferred
