Head of Production (Gaming)

🔹 About the Role

Advisara is seeking a  Head of Production  on behalf of a fast-growing technology company based in  Urla Teknokent, İzmir . This leadership role offers the chance to shape product development processes from the ground up, manage dynamic teams, and deliver innovative products with global potential.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features and translate them into sprint plans for the development team.
• Lead sprints and roadmap execution using Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Continuously improve QA processes and the release pipeline.
• Track key KPIs: feature adoption, user engagement, monetization, and delivery timelines.
• Report regularly to senior management, outlining risks, opportunities, and resource planning.
• Strengthen team communication and foster cross-functional collaboration.

🔹 Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development or technology (preferably in startups or the gaming/tech industry).
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies; proficient in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align product vision and technical capacity.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (for communication with international stakeholders).
