Job Title: Head of Project Management (Civil)
Location: Karachi

Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and experienced professional to lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple civil projects across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic oversight and hands-on execution capability, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Review project reports, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation

Requirements:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on execution experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within civil works
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
