Head of Project Services

Job purpose

Overseeing the project services and QA/QC associated with planning services, cost management, budget compliance, Risk and Project Contracts under the authority of the Vice president of Project Delivery. Accountable for providing resources systems and tools to deliver project controls, planning, scheduling, information management, costing, contracting and risk management. Responsible for developing performance improvement plans to ensure the appropriate project services tools are available and properly utilized to support the respective business functions ensuring business continuity and efficiency.



The position will act by the organization’s mission, vision, values, policies, and guidelines, supported by an IT technology platform, HSE standards, Oman government and other legal justifications and best international practices aligned with National objectives

Main tasks and responsibilit

  • iesLead QA/QC for new projects and construction, including oversight of project planning services, cost management, risk management, and central contrac

  • es.Accountable for safe, timely system handover and smooth transition from Project Delivery to Operations in compliance with HSE and company standar
