Head of R&D-Oven Products

Midea Oven Product company is setting up the Turkey R&D Center focusing on EMEA oriented product development and advance research. We are looking for the high caliber candidate with strong Oven products development leadership to join us.

The responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall coordination and management of the Turkey R&D Center.

2. Responsible for the overall development planning, talent cultivation, and future growth of the Turkey R&D Center.

3. Responsible for promoting and ensuring the implementation of key projects within the Turkey R&D Center.

4. Responsible for tackling and resolving technical challenges encountered by the team.

5. Responsible for collecting information on the latest developments, updated industry standards, and competitor intelligence in the built-in oven industry across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

Requirments:

1. Over 20 years of experience in the built-in oven industry, with a background in leading enterprises within the sector.

2. Has led the development of an entirely new freestanding oven platform project.

3. Possesses extensive team management experience, having managed teams of over 20 people, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

4. Holds a bachelor’s degree or above, with English proficiency sufficient for professional work.

The job location is Gaziemir, İzmir, Türkiye.
