Head of Regulatory Affairs

Overview:

The Head of Regulatory Affairs will lead all regulatory, compliance, and licensing activities to ensure the company operates in full alignment with Saudi regulatory bodies. The role requires strong expertise in interpreting regulations, managing compliance frameworks, and directly engaging with authorities— with a strong preference for candidates who have experience dealing with CST (Communications, Space & Technology Commission).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all regulatory operations, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage communication and submissions to regulatory authorities, including CST and other related entities.
• Monitor regulatory updates, directives, and changes affecting the company’s services.
• Ensure the company’s products, licenses, and operations remain compliant with regulatory standards.
• Guide internal teams on regulatory requirements and oversee risk and compliance audits.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals for new services, technologies, and market expansions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and responses for inspections or regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Regulatory Affairs, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or government relations.
• Strong preferred experience working directly with CST , including licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of telecom, ICT, digital services, or fintech regulations in Saudi Arabia.
