About the role
The Head of Retail Assets & Store Planning leads global Retail Asset strategy, Store planning and Markets deployment across all markets. This role ensures efficient Brands guidelines evolution and go to Market project execution. He/she leads a team of projects Manager & Designers designated to Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management & Planning

Ensure constant evaluation of Brands guidelines & ensure design/concept evolution

Work hand’n’hand with commercials, finance and management to build Store Planning strategy

Develop and manage an annual asset deployment roadmap in coordination with regional teams

Ensure asset standards, specifications, and quality guidelines are upheld across all markets
Execution Oversight

Oversee regional Retail Project Managers responsible for MEA, Asia, US, and EU retail projects

Drive execution of new openings and refurbishments in coordination with VM and Architecture teams
-
Establish project management standards and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Process & Tools

Implement tools to track asset condition, deployment status, and logistics

Develop SOPs for asset handling, installation, and maintenance

Ensure sustainability best practices in asset reuse and recycling
Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a central point between Retail Design, VM, Architecture, and local markets

Manage third-party partners, vendors, and installation agencies globally

Provide regular reporting to leadership on project pipeline, costs, and performance KPIs
Team Leadership & People Management

Lead and mentor a multicultural, geographically dispersed team

Set clear objectives, track performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Ensure strong collaboration and information flow within the team and across departments
Role - Specific Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to manage a global team

Proficient in project management tools
Desired Background and Experience:

Minimum 10 years in Retail Project Management, Architecture, or Visual Merchandising with strong execution background

Experience in Architecture HQ team is a must

Proven experience in managing retail assets across international markets
