Head of Revenue Generation - Retail & Property Portfolio Abu Dhabi

We are supporting a large regional asset owner in appointing a Head of Revenue Generation to drive commercial performance across a UAE portfolio of retail and mixed use assets. The role is based in Abu Dhabi (6 day working week) with responsibility across multiple locations nationally.

The position sits within Asset Management and focuses on growing revenue through leasing strategy, tenant mix optimisation, partnerships, activations, and alternative income streams, while maintaining asset positioning and customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement commercially driven initiatives and oversee performance across all revenue lines.

Profile

• Strong background in mall or mixed use asset commercial management
• Proven experience in leasing negotiations and tenant mix strategy
• Experience generating non rental income such as sponsorships, advertising, and events
• Commercially minded with budgeting and reporting capability
• Team leadership experience across cross functional stakeholders
