Head of Sales

The Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team to success. This role involves setting strategic direction, managing performance, and fostering strong customer and partner relationships. The Head of Sales will collaborate across departments to ensure the sales function supports the company’s long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set sales KPIs, monitor progress, and report results to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Partner with Product and Operations to align offerings with market and customer needs.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top-performing sales professionals.
  • Implement effective sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
