Role Overview

We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales function across Private Label (B2B) and Branded (B2C, D2C) product portfolios. This is a strategic commercial role responsible for revenue growth across the MENA & emerging export markets, with a strong focus on business development, channel expansion, and client relationship management.


You will be responsible for launching and growing our own brands, acquiring new clients for private label manufacturing, managing distributor networks, and driving visibility and performance across all customer touchpoints. You will also lead commercial operations - including contract negotiations, pricing strategies, sales forecasting, receivables collection, and cross-functional execution.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy and Leadership

  • Define and lead the regional sales strategy aligned with Ziva’s growth objectives
  • Manage and coach a team of country managers, key account executives, and sales coordinators
  • Drive performance across both private label and branded product lines
  • Establish scalable systems for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance management


Private Label Business Development

  • Lead acquisition of OEM/private label clients across retail, institutional, and export sectors
  • Collaborate with factories, R&D, and costing teams to deliver competitive proposals
  • Ensure optimum utilization of production capacity at UAE and Saudi facilities


Branded Business Expansion

  • Launch and scale Ziva-owned brands through distributors and retail/e-com channels
  • Build trade marketing plans, sales campaigns, and pricing strategies by region
  • Own commercial relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts


Market Development & Channel Management

  • Identify and onboard distributors across GCC, Levant, and emerging markets
  • Set clear KPIs, trade terms, and channel strategies for each market
  • Monitor territory-level execution, market share growth, and brand visibility


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing on launch plans, product positioning, and campaign rollout
  • Liaise with Finance on budgets, credit limits, collections, and profitability
  • Partner with Supply Chain to align forecasts with production and logistics


Data, Reporting & Planning

  • Lead quarterly business reviews, sales planning cycles, and target setting
  • Provide region-wise performance analytics, insights, and recommendations
  • Own the sales dashboard and ensure reporting consistency across teams


Collections & Credit Management

  • Own responsibility for collections, credit health, and cash flow alignment
  • Coordinate closely with the Finance team on debtor tracking and escalations
  • Monitor overdue accounts and drive timely collections in all markets


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 12–15+ years of sales leadership experience in FMCG, preferably in personal care, home care, or hygiene.
  • Proven ability to build a high-performing sales function from the ground up.
  • Strong network across retailers, distributors, and private label buyers in the GCC.
  • Experience with B2B contract manufacturing and B2C branded sales.
  • Solid understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
