KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure the seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve departmental targets and elevate overall performance.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing structures, and lead negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and networking platforms to promote services and expand the client portfolio.
