Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives for networking, cabling, and security products (CCTV, CAT6/CAT7 cables, switches, servers, etc.).
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective goals.
Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across all sales functions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and project-based sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including system integrators, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
Drive sales for both direct projects and distribution channels.
Oversee major project quotations, tender submissions, and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal customer experience.
Prepare and review sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in networking and security solutions.
Represent the company in client meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand positioning.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Ensure high levels of post-sales customer satisfaction and proactive support coordination.
Resolve escalated client issues effectively and maintain trust-based partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within networking, structured cabling, or security systems industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing large accounts or complex projects.
