Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives for networking, cabling, and security products (CCTV, CAT6/CAT7 cables, switches, servers, etc.).

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective goals.

  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across all sales functions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and project-based sectors.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including system integrators, contractors, consultants, and distributors.

  • Drive sales for both direct projects and distribution channels.


  • Oversee major project quotations, tender submissions, and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal customer experience.

  • Prepare and review sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in networking and security solutions.

  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand positioning.

  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure high levels of post-sales customer satisfaction and proactive support coordination.

  • Resolve escalated client issues effectively and maintain trust-based partnerships.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within networking, structured cabling, or security systems industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing large accounts or complex projects.
