What You Will Do?
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving business development and achieving freight forwarding targets through effective sales strategies, with a strong understanding of customer shipping requirements.

Sell the full range of DP World Logistics services and products, representing the company professionally.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

Achieve revenue, growth, profit, and customer service targets.

Lead and motivate the sales team, managing performance and workflow.

Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
-
Manage and retain assigned customer portfolios.
-
Negotiate contracts in line with corporate policies.
-
Plan and execute sales calls for customer retention and new business acquisition.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
-
Collaborate with operations, finance, and management teams.
-
Identify 25 prospective accounts and qualify 10 per month.

Recover outstanding payments within credit terms.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Generate a minimum of 10 qualified sales leads or routing requests monthly.

Respond promptly to sales leads, messages, routing orders, and approvals.

Ensure compliance with company security measures and guidelines.

Train, develop, and manage staff, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.

Take ownership of sales team productivity to meet or exceed service goals.
What You Will Bring?
Qualifications and Other Requirements:

Graduate in any field (preferred MBA)

PIFFA Diploma (preferred)

Freight forwarding experience is mandatory.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in Sales & Business Development.

Minimum 3/5 years of experience of leading a sales team

Must have proven sales record

Strong knowledge and experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Understanding of Pakistan’s trade lanes and vertical markets.

Ability to execute initiatives accurately and efficiently.

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
-
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
