Job Title: Head of SalesJob Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and manage our sales team in achieving growth and profitability targets. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new market opportunities, and ensure strong client relationships to expand the company’s reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales within the FMCG industry (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
