Role Overview

The Head of Sales will oversee sales operations, lead the sales team, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth for Enza Home Islamabad. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, market insight, and the ability to manage high-value customer interactions. The ideal candidate will ensure sales targets are achieved while maintaining Enza Home’s premium brand standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Set KPIs, sales goals, and performance benchmarks for the showroom.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market competition to optimize sales plans.

Team Management & Training

  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales staff on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and progress evaluations.
  • Ensure a disciplined, professional, and motivated sales environment.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with high-end customers, designers, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Support the team in handling key accounts, complex inquiries, and VIP customers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address escalations promptly and professionally.

Showroom Operations & Presentation

  • Oversee daily showroom activities to maintain premium presentation and smooth operations.
  • Ensure the display layouts, product arrangements, and merchandising follow Enza Home brand standards.
  • Coordinate with design and inventory teams for product availability and showroom readiness.

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and sales events to increase footfall and brand reach.
  • Provide insights for local market expansion, customer segments, and product demands.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, finance, logistics, and marketing departments for seamless sales operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.

Skills & QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in high-end retail, furniture, interior design, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Experience in premium retail environments is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of sales reporting tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and planning abilities.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
