Position: Country Head of Sales

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Main Headquarter - Multan

Reports To: Director / Managing Director

Position Overview:

The Country Head of Sales will lead the nationwide sales function for the Gravure Printing and Flexible Packaging Division . This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing regional teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving consistent production utilization across all plants.

Note: Prior experience in Gravure Printing / Flexible Packaging is mandatory. Applications without this will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and supervise all Regional Sales Managers and their teams across Pakistan.
  • Develop and execute a robust national sales strategy aligned with company growth targets.
  • Ensure regional performance meets objectives for revenue, tonnage, and client satisfaction.
  • Build a culture of discipline, accountability, and collaboration across sales teams.

2. Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors (snacks, confectionery, frozen foods, FMCG).
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and build long-term partnerships.
  • Drive client acquisition and market expansion in all target regions.

3. Performance Management

  • Define and monitor KPIs for regional sales managers.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and implement follow-ups on performance metrics.
  • Optimize plant capacity utilization through a diversified and stable client portfolio.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with production, planning, and finance teams for seamless operations.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings with regional heads.
  • Partner with marketing and design teams on packaging innovations and brand enhancement initiatives.

5. Market Analysis & Forecasting

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights for pricing and strategic planning.
  • Prepare annual forecasts and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are consistently achieved.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Gravure Printing and Flexible Packaging (mandatory).
  • Proven success in leading nationwide sales teams and achieving aggressive targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of film structures (PET, BOPP, MCPP, PE, etc.) and their packaging uses.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Based at Head Office , with periodic travel to regional offices and client sites.
