We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales for our Islamabad region to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Role Overview

The Head of Sales – Islamabad will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations of Enza Home showrooms within the Islamabad region. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, achieving revenue targets, execution of sales campaigns, and ensuring exceptional customer service aligned with the brand’s global standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive sales performance through effective planning, forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high productivity and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Set individual KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.

Customer Experience & Store Operations

  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction across all Islamabad showrooms.
  • Monitor in-store merchandising, display standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage escalation of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to management and suggest improvements or strategic adjustments.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HQ on promotions, product launches, and inventory planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role; furniture or retail industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
