Job Overview:
LAWAZEM is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Sales to lead and drive our sales strategy and team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading sales organizations, excellent strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to inspire and grow the sales function.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the team meets or exceeds objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the company’s reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective use of sales tools and CRM systems to optimize sales processes.
Requirements- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as Head of Sales or Sales Director.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
