Sales And Marketing Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Drive B2B sales, especially in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Ensure timely recovery of receivables.
  • Close deals efficiently and maintain a high sales conversion rate.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.

Qualifications and Skills& Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree - Master’s preferred in related field.

  • Project Management & Prospecting skills.

  • Communication, Interpersonal & Sales Presentation skills.
  • Organization, time-management skills & Problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 + years of experience in industrial sales or marketing is required.
