Sales And Marketing Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Drive B2B sales, especially in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Ensure timely recovery of receivables.
- Close deals efficiently and maintain a high sales conversion rate.
- Foster long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
Qualifications and Skills& Experience:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree - Master’s preferred in related field.

Experience
- Minimum of 10 + years of experience in industrial sales or marketing is required.
