Job Purpose

As the Sales Manager, you will lead the Business Development Department, driving financial growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and maintaining strong market awareness within the influencer marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic objectives and KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Lead and manage the sales and business development team.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and influencers.
• Approve proposals, campaigns, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at events and networking opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or influencer marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing Agencies or Sales Marketing.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driving license and own car required.
• Ability to work 9 hours daily (including 1-hour break).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
