Head of Sales and Business Development

We are looking for a global Sales Leader ready to scale an international PPE manufacturing business.

Blue Horizon is a leading Pakistan-based safety glove manufacturer supplying customers across North America, and Europe is seeking a  Head of Sales & Business Development  to drive global expansion, develop distributor partnerships, and take our business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s global sales strategy and revenue growth across North America, the UK, Europe, and emerging markets

• Develop relationships with major safety distributors, OEM partners, and national accounts

• Identify new market opportunities and drive international expansion

• Negotiate high-volume supply agreements and long-term partnerships

• Collaborate with leadership to define commercial strategy, pricing structures, and growth initiatives

• Represent the company at major global safety industry events and trade shows

• Build and lead a high-performing international sales and business development team

• Work closely with production and product teams to align global demand with manufacturing capabilities

Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years of experience in international sales or business development

• Strong experience working with North American, UK, or European markets

• Experience within PPE, industrial safety equipment, gloves, or manufacturing industries preferred

• Proven ability to build relationships with major distributors and global accounts

• Demonstrated success in driving international revenue growth and market expansion

• Strong commercial negotiation and strategic planning skills

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
