Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our commercial function end-to-end. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, market expansion, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will align sales and marketing strategies to accelerate lead generation, improve conversion rates, and maximize overall business profitability.

This role requires a strong leader who can build systems, manage high-performing teams, and ensure measurable, performance-based outcomes across all sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through structured sales planning and performance marketing.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning processes.

Sales Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Design and optimize sales processes, funnels, and performance tracking systems.
  • Establish clear KPIs, targets, and accountability frameworks for the sales department.
  • Monitor conversion rates, pipeline health, and overall sales effectiveness.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Strengthen brand positioning across all digital and offline platforms.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, communication standards, and brand integrity.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to improve ROI and revenue contribution.

Digital, Lead Generation & Market Presence

  • Oversee digital marketing, paid campaigns, social media strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Ensure efficient lead generation, tracking, assignment, and conversion systems.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive advantage.

Performance & Analytics

  • Define KPIs across sales and marketing functions.
  • Analyze reports and dashboards to optimize performance and improve decision-making.
  • Ensure all initiatives are data-driven and revenue-focused.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in senior sales, marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing revenue-driven departments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to align commercial strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Execution Excellence: Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and scaling teams.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and analytics tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required). Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
