Head of Sales – Grand City (Arifwala Project)

Job Summary
Grand City is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales operations for the Arifwala project. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, real estate market understanding, and the ability to drive sales targets with strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for project-specific inventories.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage walk-in clients, follow-ups, and deal closures efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth lead flow and events.
- Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and post-sale processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure environments.
- Market knowledge of Punjab real estate (Arifwala/nearby cities preferred).
