PixoAnalytics is an innovative AI & Computer Vision company based in Bonn/Germany. We are looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing Manager to support our growth internationally. 


About the Role:

As a  Head of Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/x) at PixoAnalytics, you will be at the forefront of our growth in this future-oriented market. You will play a pivotal role in leading our Sales Team, guiding customers from initial contact to the finalization of offers. At PixoAnalytics, we believe in hands-on experience, and you may even find yourself interacting directly with clients, including Fortune 100 companies.

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also have the exciting opportunity to spearhead and execute captivating social media campaigns on LinkedIn. Our work environment is remote, requiring you to travel internationally for up to 10% of your work time.

Your Future Tasks:

  • Lead generation: Initiate communication with the new customers and arrange meetings
  • Sales Leadership:  Manage all sales activities, sales team and back-office activities.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Leadership:  Lead all the sales & marketing activities and plan for the future
  • Marketing :  Prepare and lead marketing activities, including events, campaigns, and social media initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:  At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar environment.
  • Communication Skills:  A self-assertive and communicative personality, adapt at handling clients and colleagues.
  • Marketing and Sales:  Experience with marketing and sales concepts is required.
  • Sales Proficiency:  Strong sales skills, including pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure, and territory management.
  • Track Record:  Proven success in achieving measurable sales goals, with a focus on accurate lead data management in a CRM system.
  • Tech-Savvy:  Proficiency in standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, Slack, Trello, etc.). Experience with B2B software sales, lead generation is required. Experience with AI technologies is plus.
  • Social Media:  Experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Meta and Xing.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English is a must and German is a plus.
