We’re not looking for a “sales manager.” We’re looking for a storyteller with strategy in their veins, someone who can architect expansion, craft narratives, and turn our divisions (Joinery, Fit-Out, MEP, Construction) into a household name across our targeted markets.

Your Mission

Build, lead and scale a Sales & Marketing powerhouse that:

1. Expands Horizons – Design and execute bold go-to-market strategies for all divisions, opening doors to new partnerships, projects, and opportunities in targeted markets.

2. Owns the Narrative – Don’t just push services; tell stories. Show the impact, the craftsmanship, the transformation behind every project. Turn our pipeline into a movement.

3. Elevates the Brand – Position us as the premium, trusted partner for complex, high-value projects. From digital to events to PR, consistency, creativity, and credibility are yours to own.

What You’ll Actually Do

1. Develop revenue-driving sales plans and KPIs; hit and exceed them.

2. Build & mentor a hungry, high-performing team that loves the chase as much as the craft.

3. Lead campaigns that blend digital mastery with on-the-ground relationships.

4. Track markets, competitors, and trends to stay three moves ahead.Represent the brand at exhibitions, industry events, and with top clients, be the face of our story.Close game-changing deals and make sure every handshake counts.

What We’re Looking For

1. Strategist + Storyteller: 12–15 years leading sales & marketing for construction, fit-out, joinery, or allied industries.

2. Brand Builder: Evidence you’ve taken a company from “service provider” to “market leader.”

3. Digital Native: Not just comfortable with data, automation, and analytics, obsessed with them.

4. Leader of Leaders: Proven ability to hire, coach, and inspire teams across geographies.

5. Closer: Negotiation, partnerships, and high-value project wins on your CV.
