Role Overview

The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead and manage all sales departments and their operations, ensure proper time management and task completion, and drive strategies to boost company sales and revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage all sales departments (Corporate, Retail, Dealer, Online, Export)
• Oversee complete sales operations and workflows
• Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities
• Assign tasks and ensure timely execution
• Monitor team performance and sales KPIs
• Guide, train, and motivate sales teams
• Resolve sales and operational challenges
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation & campaigns
• Analyze sales performance and improve strategies
• Expand markets and increase overall revenue

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Sales
