Role Overview

The Head of Sales & Program Growth will lead enrollment, outreach, and partnership efforts for Marifah’s Ramadan Camps, retreats, and educational courses. This role focuses on ethical sales, community-based outreach, and mission-aligned growth—ensuring programs reach the right audiences while sustaining the organization financially.

This is a leadership role that blends sales strategy, community engagement, and partnerships, while respecting Marifah’s non-profit and spiritual ethos.

Key Responsibilities Program Enrollment & Growth

  • Drive registrations for Ramadan Camps, annual retreats, and ongoing courses.
  • Develop enrollment strategies aligned with Islamic values and Marifah’s mission.
  • Create outreach plans for families, youth, reverts, and international audiences.

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Build structured sales funnels for programs and seasonal campaigns (especially Ramadan).
  • Set realistic enrollment targets and track performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing to improve lead conversion and retention.

Community Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Build relationships with Islamic centers, masajid, community leaders, and institutions.
  • Develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities for camps and retreats.
  • Support donor and supporter engagement tied to programs.

Team Leadership

  • Build and manage a small sales/outreach team or volunteers.
  • Train team members on ethical communication and mission-aligned selling.
  • Set KPIs and accountability systems without compromising spiritual integrity.

Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain CRM and participant pipelines.
  • Provide regular reports on registrations, outreach effectiveness, and growth trends.
  • Improve systems for registrations, follow-ups, and participant experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required

  • 4–7 years experience in sales, outreach, partnerships, or program growth.
  • Experience with events, camps, retreats, or educational programs.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Values-driven mindset aligned with nonprofit and faith-based work.

Preferred

  • Experience working with Islamic organizations, nonprofits, or community programs.
  • Understanding of seasonal religious programming (especially Ramadan).
  • Experience managing remote teams or volunteers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
