(1) He will be overall responsible for smooth functioning & uplifting of private set-up including private OPD, private rooms and semi-private ward.

(2) In particular, he shall;

a. Ensure punctuality & discipline among private OPD staff and promote professionalism in their attitude & practice.

b. Coordinate with consultants working in the private hospitals, introduce healthcare services available at Life Hospital and persuade them to establish private practice in Life Hospital.

c. Maintain a batch of at least 40 visiting consultants with good performance.

d. Negotiate and conclude agreements with the consultants as per hospital policy.

e. Visit the patients admitted in private rooms & semi-private ward as well as SSC patients daily, ensure provision of quality services to them and solve their problems, if any.

f. Process bills of private/semi-private patients expeditiously and ensure that no inconvenience is caused to them.

g. Prepare share of consultants regarding private, corporate & SSC patients and handover to the Accounts Manager with the files on weekly and other shares on monthly basis before 05th of each month.

h. Ensure disbursement of shares direct to the consultants, in cash/through online transfer, on weekly basis, without any hurdle.

i. Facilitate consultants in terms of allocation & maintenance of consultation rooms, selection of time slots, car parking and other day-to-day issues.

j. Coordinate with insurance companies/corporate organizations, conclude agreements with them ensuring maximum rates for hospital services and get the rates revised before the date defined in the agreements.

k. Visit the client organizations and introduce healthcare services available at Life Hospital and persuade them to refer their entitled patients to our hospital.

l. Facilitate correspondence with the insurance companies/corporate organizations.

m. Submit Corporate Performance Report on weekly and monthly basis.

n. Outsource under-performing hospital units.

o. Submit his visit plan and performance report on weekly basis and keep record.

p. Act as member of different hospital committees.

q. Perform any other duty assigned by the Medical Superintendent for smooth functioning of the hospital.

(3) His job shall be whole time and he will be responsible for his functions round the clock.

* Explore new business opportunities & collaborations.

* Lead corporate health programs & marketing initiatives.

* Act as a bridge between hospital & corporate clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
