Head of Sales / Sales Lead

We are hiring a Head of Sales / Sales Lead to lead and drive the commercial performance of our hospitality business across hotel stays, resort offerings, events, corporate business, partnerships, and group sales.

This role is ideal for a highly commercial, hands-on sales leader with a proven track record in generating revenue, building pipelines, acquiring new business, and leading performance-focused sales teams in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall sales strategy across hotel, resort, events, and corporate segments.
  • Build and manage a high-performing outbound-driven sales team.
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across corporate, leisure, groups, and partnerships.
  • Drive direct sales, account acquisition, and conversion of high-value opportunities.
  • Build sales plans, target lists, and weekly/monthly activity strategies.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion ratios, team performance, and revenue generation.
  • Lead negotiations for major accounts, partnerships, and strategic deals.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, reservations, events, and marketing teams to ensure commercial alignment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or events.
  • Strong track record in outbound sales, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing B2B sales, corporate accounts, and partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with strong ability to build and close opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must own a car.
Preferred
  • Existing network within corporate, tourism, events, or hospitality sectors.
  • Experience in launching or scaling sales functions in fast-growth environments.
