We are hiring a
Head of Sales / Sales Lead
to lead and drive the commercial performance of our hospitality business across hotel stays, resort offerings, events, corporate business, partnerships, and group sales.
This role is ideal for a highly commercial, hands-on sales leader with a proven track record in generating revenue, building pipelines, acquiring new business, and leading performance-focused sales teams in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall sales strategy across hotel, resort, events, and corporate segments.

Build and manage a high-performing outbound-driven sales team.

Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across corporate, leisure, groups, and partnerships.

Drive direct sales, account acquisition, and conversion of high-value opportunities.

Build sales plans, target lists, and weekly/monthly activity strategies.

Monitor pipeline health, conversion ratios, team performance, and revenue generation.

Lead negotiations for major accounts, partnerships, and strategic deals.

Coordinate closely with operations, reservations, events, and marketing teams to ensure commercial alignment.
Requirements

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or events.

Strong track record in outbound sales, business development, and revenue growth.

Experience in managing B2B sales, corporate accounts, and partnerships.

Strong negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.

Commercial mindset with strong ability to build and close opportunities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Must own a car.
