Saqan is an innovative Real Estate Web Builder and SaaS CRM platform that empowers real estate professionals to build stunning websites, manage client relationships, and streamline property management processes with ease. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven and client-focused Technical Sales & Client Success Manager to join us in Dubai.

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Sales Executive / Pre-Sales Consultant with strong knowledge of digital tools preferably in the real estate industry. Your goal is to drive new sales, deliver compelling demos, and customise solutions based on client needs. Experience selling CRM, SaaS, or digital marketing solutions is highly preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven SaaS / Software Sales experience — preferably in CRM, marketing automation, or real estate solutions
  • Strong understanding of real estate workflows (lead management, listings, portals, sales teams, etc.)
  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and upsell opportunities
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams

Compensation Structure

  • Basic Salary: Competitive fixed base
  • Commission: Tiered commission structure based on monthly sales performance
