We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Head of School to lead our academic and administrative functions and elevate the institutions vision and global standards.Role & responsibilities include but not limited to:The Head of School will be responsible for the strategic, academic and administrative leadership of the school. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing diversified international programmes, guiding faculty development, engaging stakeholders and ensuring the holistic growth of the school.
- Lead the development and execution of the schools vision, mission and long-term strategy.
- Drive innovation in teaching and learning aligned with IB and Cambridge frameworks.
- Promote a culture of excellence, integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of the IBPYP, MS/HS & AS/A levels - Cambridge curricula across grade levels.
- Ensure curriculum delivery, evaluation and academic rigour to meet global standards.
- Facilitate teacher training and professional development aligned with international best practices.
- Monitor student performance and develop strategies for academic enrichment and support.
- Supervise day-to-day school operations including admissions, scheduling, infrastructure, safety and compliance.
- Liaise with education boards (IBO, CAIE) for inspections, accreditations and updates.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and budget management.
- Develop and enforce school policies and procedures.
- Recruit, evaluate, mentor and retain qualified faculty and staff.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and teamwork.
- Conduct performance appraisals and facilitate staff welfare and satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents and the wider school community.
- Represent the school in forums, events and educational associations.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Promote student well-being, discipline and personal development.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Cultivate global citizenship, creativity and leadership among students.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
