Supervisory Responsibilities

Utilize the Section's resources (human, financial, technology, assets) and manage them efficiently and effectively to achieve the section's objectives.

Identify and evaluate the sections' operations, conduct comprehensive analysis of the performance and implement the necessary improvements.

Implement the operational plans and prepare annual estimated budgets of the section, follow-up the implementation in addition to the additional requirements from the Management.

Follow up the project plans implementation of the section and review the completion reports to ensure the achievement of the desired objectives.

Implement the benchmarking and specialized practices in the section and determine the priorities of the application.

Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of all the administrative and financial activities of the section in accordance with delegation of Authority.

Propose the use of the latest technological technologies such as artificial intelligence tools to enhance and improve the efficiency of the section processes and procedures.

Implement the activities of reviewing the relevant internal policies and systems and submit proposals and recommendations thereon.
Strategic Responsibilities

Provide support to executive management during the process of preparing the overall strategy, implementation strategies and initiatives in line with the overall strategic direction.

Preparing and implementing improvement and development initiatives; Supervise the performance of the division and work on the application of continuous improvement and development frameworks.

Participate in the preparation and review of the performance scorecards for the Department concerning the section, which in turn contributes to the achievement of the desired objectives.

Participate in the preparation of the operational plans of the Department regarding the work of the section and its projects and submit performance reports to the director of the Department on an ongoing basis.

Promote joint work between the units of the division in line with the growth strategies of the company.
Operational Tasks

Preparing systems and manuals of operations and development plans for the scope of work of the section; Supervise the performance of its units.

Preparing systems and operational procedures related to the work of the section and making recommendations and proposals thereon when reviewed with the Director.

Participate in the preparation of detailed budgets for the section by providing the required support to the Director.

Develop reports and proposals for digital transformation and adopt modern best practices to improve the operations in the section and ensure their efficient implementation.

Develop and implement strategies for the effective operation of radio transmission systems.
-
Manage the planning, design, and deployment of radio transmission networks.
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in radio frequency (RF) technology.
-
Collaborate with other Departments such as network operations, engineering, and IT to integrate radio transmission systems with overall organizational objectives.
-
Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and monitor the professional development of team members.
-
Prepare and manage the budget for the radio transmission section, including equipment procurement and maintenance costs.
-
Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve radio transmission efficiency and performance.
-
Monitor network performance metrics and implement solutions to optimize radio transmission systems.
Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an academic institution recognized in the United Arab Emirates.

Minimum 10 years with related job title.
