Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and visionary Head of SEO to lead the organic growth and visibility of our animation brand.
The ideal candidate will merge analytical expertise with creative insight—developing SEO strategies that amplify Prolific Studio’s online presence across creative and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy for the animation and creative media industry.
• Conduct advanced keyword research targeting B2B and creative service audiences.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, collaborating with Kamsoft Technologies’ SEO team.
• Partner with content creators, animators, and marketing teams to integrate SEO with storytelling.
• Drive organic traffic growth through optimized content, backlinks, and technical audits.
• Monitor SEO analytics, rankings, and KPIs to track performance and ROI.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI trends, and evolving digital media SEO practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience leading SEO, preferably in a creative, animation, or digital agency.
• Proven expertise in technical SEO and experience working with development teams.
• Strong command of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a passion for digital storytelling.
