SEO Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of SEO Executives & Content Specialists
• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct comprehensive website audits, identify issues, and implement solutions
• Optimize site structure, speed, schema, and crawlability for maximum performance
• Oversee keyword research, link-building, and outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with developers, content, and marketing teams to align SEO goals
• Analyze KPIs (CTR, rankings, traffic, conversions) and create detailed reports
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates & SEO trends

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven SEO experience (preferably with e-commerce brands)
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, Google Search Console, and Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO, backlink strategies, and content optimization
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
