Accountabilities & Key Roles:

Manage and monitor the launching of SME’s new products campaigns, deals and offers after obtaining all required approvals within polices and procedures.

Oversee the coordination with HO team and related parties (Operations & Legal , IT, Compliance , Branding..etc) in terms of developing and amending the products & packages.

Update any product parameters based on market requirements and CBE regulations and mandates.
-
Initiate and perform changes in products based on developments and market preferences.
-
Monitor products & packages performance against stated targets (in terms of sales, processes and delinquency levels), and managing team’s efforts for required actions through developed dashboards.

Managing Product Development, Sales follow-up and activities to achieve set strategy/budget.

Establish system requirements in order to achieve business needs.
-
Conduct training sessions for RM’s for newly launched products and refreshing sessions.

Issue reports and analysis for SMEs products and share with all required parties.
-
Apply and manage the sales calendar.
-
Monitor sales performance dashboard.
-
New branches location & distribution of SME staff in the bank network.
-
Update and enhance the SME business operation cycle and procedures.
-
Review the business line portfolio segmentations periodically to be matching with the CBE.
-
Coordinating with the innovation hub regarding the Fintech companies and the new ways to deal with.

Tracking the business line profitability vs achievements.
Job Requirements:
-
More than 8 years experience in Banking in a related field
-
Fluent in English.
-
Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics & requirements.
-
Proficiency in modeling/spreadsheet.
-
Analytical & Computer skills.
-
Proven ability to think out-of-the-box, solve problems, take decisions and deliver results under pressure
-
Presentation and communication skills/good interpersonal skills.
