Prospects Related:

· Conducting promotional presentations and activities at various forums to create awareness about TMUC Brand, being the Institution of choice for students.

· Ensuring student recruitment and retention is on track as per the set annual targets assigned to TMUCs nationwide (all locations);

· Providing assistance and input to all TMUCs in every work related to the Programmes included in department of Business & Skills;

· Hold career counseling sessions to facilitate recruitment;

Existing Students and Teachers:

· Maintaining Counseling records and handling of walk-ins and queries, forwarded by all TMUC locations.

· Maintaining Student and Teacher feedback records on a monthly basis.

· Responding to student related and parent queries;

· Coordinating and establishing a communication channel with students, teachers and management through text messages, phone calls and emails.

· Ensuring the Preparation of time tables and student files.

· Lecturing relevant subjects/taking makeup classes if and when required.

· Coordinating and maintaining relationship with corporate sector/ market.

· Researching and updating on modern lecture delivery methods.

· Short listing and recommending faculty.

· Managing existing student relationship.

• Must be doing IV and EV at least from 2 years.

· Arranging law events, moot competitions, revison sessions, teacher development workshops and training.

· Facilitate progression by arranging for revision sessions, crash courses, exam technique sessions and check the possibility for online revision sessions.

Employers Related

· Working out potential partnership opportunities with professional bodies.

· Retention of student base by implementing workshops and creating employment opportunities.

· Arranging for internships for TMUC students and creating employment opportunities.

· Providing support in organising an HR/CEO forums.

Campus Related:

· To organise and support events conducted by TMUC nationwide (related to the department specifically).

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
