About the Role:

Vapes Direct is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Strategic Marketing to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, strengthening our brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns and results.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitors, and industry insights.
• Manage brand positioning, communication, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Design and execute promotional activities, product launches, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with advertising and regulatory requirements for the vape industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles (retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
• Experience in the vape, retail, or consumer goods industry will be an added advantage.
