Our story started in 1996 with our first branch opened in Ulus, Istanbul. As the pioneer of Turkey's quick service restaurant chains, we combined the home delivery concept with pizza. This merger also ignited our spirit of innovation, which keeps our energy high.

WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience,
• Strong understanding of supply chain, production and logistics process management,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong coordination ability with a customer centered attitude,
• Extensive experience using MS Office Programmes
• ERP and other relevant computer software and systems effectively,
• TPM Knowhow with a strong continous improvement mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

• Leading 4 different dough production facilities and material distribution centers in Turkey (Gebze, Ankara, İzmir & Antep)
• Leading 2 different 3PL operated warehouse operations and X-dock centers (İstanbul, Ankara)
• Production Management: Strong TPM & Quality knowlede to manage the dough production operations
• Warehouse Management: Strong WMS and SAP knowledge is critical for this role
• Safety Management: Strong Safety mindset to elimimnate the safety risks in production & warehousing operations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long and short term supply chain strategies (masterplans) aligned with company objectives.
• Procurement Management: Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Inventory Optimization: Implement strategies to minimize carrying costs and reduce inventory risks.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transportation and distribution teams to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong supplier relationships to mitigate risks and drive success.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze metrics, identify areas for improvement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Manage P&L estimates and annual budget for production & warehousing operations, identify and implement cost saving opportunities
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.
• Benchmarking: Continuous benchmarking with industry peers and global facilities to improve oeprational performance
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain and logistics team.
• Experience in scaling multi-location production and distribution operations management
• Advanced user or project experience in SAP MM, PP, WM/EWM modules
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with different functions (Ops, Finance, QA, HR, IT)
