We are building a premier  High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Prop Shop  in the heart of Dubai from the ground up.

The Project:

• Greenfield:  No legacy code, total architectural freedom.

We are looking for our  Hire #1: Head of Talent & HR Generalist .

The Mission:  You won't just be an HR Manager; you will be the architect of our team’s DNA. We need a "Hunter" who can find the world’s best C++ and FPGA engineers and a leader who can handle the full operational setup in Dubai (DIFC/DMCC).

Who you are:

• HFT Specialist:  You know what "ultra-low latency" means and where to find the people who build it (Citadel, Jump, Tower, or top agencies like GQR/Selby Jennings).
• Greenfield Ready:  You love the chaos of a startup and are comfortable jumping from high-level strategy to Dubai visa processing.
• Hunter Mentality:  You don't wait for CVs; you engage passive stars.
