Job Description


Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Engagement

  • Supervise and guide the team in posting jobs on SmartRecruiters, job boards, and niche platforms to attract diverse candidates.

  • Personally engage in proactive sourcing through portals, social media, referrals, and networking for senior or hard-to-fill roles.

  • Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.

Screening & Candidate Evaluation

  • Oversee CV screening and ensure shortlisted candidates meet technical and client-specific requirements.

  • Review and approve candidate submissions before onward sharing with clients.

  • Provide guidance to the team on evaluating technical and cultural fit.

Interview & Selection Process

  • Conduct senior-level or complex role interviews while coaching the team to handle others.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to align interview schedules and feedback.

  • Support business leaders in finalizing salary discussions and approvals.

Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Ensure offer letters are prepared and issued on time, with clear communication of terms.

  • Oversee the onboarding process including agreements, visa/work permit documentation, and induction.

  • Coordinate with HR and IT to ensure smooth deployment and system readiness.

Compliance & Candidate Support

  • Maintain oversight of candidate records: visas, consultancy start/expiry dates, bank details, and compliance documents.

  • Ensure the team follows proper documentation protocols and safeguard original candidate records.

  • Act as the escalation point for candidate issues during onboarding or deployment.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Prepare, review, and present recruitment dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly) with clear insights.

  • Track KPIs and identify areas for process improvement in sourcing, screening, or onboarding.

  • Share regular updates with business partners and leadership.


Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.


Additional Information


Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong focus on technical and engineering recruitment.

  • Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior recruiters is highly preferred.

  • Skilled in using ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) and other sourcing tools.

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
