We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with a minimum of
2 years of experience
to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer management and onboarding support.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using ATS or CRM systems.

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the UAE.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum
2 years of experience
in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the UAE.

Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.

Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
