We are hiring a Head of Trading Content & Strategy to define how the entire ecosystem communicates with traders globally. This is a senior leadership role with direct ownership of content strategy, messaging architecture, education systems, and launch positioning across all platforms and products.
This is not a social media role.
This is not execution only content production.
This is a strategic content leadership position.
The Ecosystem
Finotive One operates across three core verticals:
- Finotive Funding - Prop trading evaluations & funded accounts (70,000+ global traders)
- Finotive Markets - Regulated CFD brokerage infrastructure
- Finotive Futures - Exchange focused futures prop trading (launching soon)
Each vertical serves a different trader mindset - your role is to unify them under one ecosystem narrative while preserving clarity and differentiation.
Role Scope
You will own the content strategy, positioning, trading education architecture, and narrative systems across all Finotive One verticals and platforms.

Responsibilities 1. Content Strategy & Architecture
- Develop and own the master content roadmap across Funding, Markets, and Futures
- Define clear content pillars for each vertical
- Ensure ecosystem wide consistency while differentiating business models
- Architect pre launch, launch, and post launch content frameworks
- Translate complex trading infrastructure into clear, trader native narratives
2. Trading Education Systems
- Design structured trading education systems aligned with each product vertical
- Develop result focused educational series that directly support trader performance and retention
- Ensure education content aligns with trader psychology, rules, and real world constraints
- Position Finotive One as an authority in trader development - not just capital access
- Drawdown mechanics, risk rules, and trader objections
- Retail trader decision making and failure patterns
This role requires genuine trading fluency, not surface level research.
You will define platform specific execution logic, including:
- X (Twitter): Industry positioning, thought leadership, debate, market commentary
- Instagram: Authority building, aspirational brand, short form trading education
- Community (Discord): Engagement loops, trust building, retention systems
- Email marketing architecture and lifecycle flow strategy across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and cross vertical migration.
- Define structured email sequences that reinforce rules, education, promotions, and product positioning at each stage of the trader journey.
- Work closely with affiliate and partnership teams to ensure messaging alignment, coordinated campaign timing, and clear promotional frameworks - ensuring affiliates understand what to promote, when to promote it, and how it aligns with ecosystem strategy.

5. Campaign Strategy & Performance Focus
- Define campaign narratives that support acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Develop creative content strategies to increase engagement across platforms
- Align content strategy and messaging with third party marketing agency managing paid campaigns
- Continuously refine campaigns based on trader response and performance signals
6. Creative Direction & Execution Oversight
- Script and structure talking head videos and educational content
- Brief the in house graphic designer with clear strategic intent
- Coordinate with video and production resources
- Ensure consistent messaging across all ecosystem touchpoints
- Develop high conversion educational and authority building content series
- Oversee the master content calendar across all platforms - defining what is published, where it is distributed, when it is deployed, and how it aligns with trader awareness stages and campaign objectives.
7. Measurement, Evaluation & Optimization
- Define success metrics for content, education, and campaigns
- Conduct statistical evaluation of campaign results and content performance
- Track progress across engagement, retention, and conversion indicators
- Use insights to continuously improve messaging, education systems, and content strategy
- Report performance learnings directly to leadership
8. Product Launch Ownership (Critical)
You will lead:
- Positioning strategy for Finotive Markets & Finotive Futures
- Pre launch sequencing and hype architecture
- Authority building campaigns
- Coordinated multi platform ecosystem rollouts
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in trading related content, marketing, or brand leadership
- Proven experience scaling trading, prop firm, or brokerage brands
- Deep understanding of prop firms, brokerages, and trader psychology
- Strong strategic thinking with independent execution capability
- Ability to communicate complex trading infrastructure with clarity
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- Familiarity with major AI tools and modern workflow systems to enhance research speed, content system scalability, and operational efficiency.

- A generic crypto content repurposer
This is a senior strategic leadership role within a multi vertical trading ecosystem.
You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with:
- In house graphic designer
- Video production resources
- External paid media agency
- Growth and analytics team
