About the Role

We are building structured personal brand presence for our sales team across LinkedIn and Instagram.

We require a senior-level specialist who can:

• Design positioning strategy for each salesperson
• Build professional LinkedIn and Instagram presence
• Develop content frameworks aligned with sales objectives
• Train sales team on content communication
• Oversee content production and publishing
• Align social presence with lead generation goals

This role requires strategic thinking, execution ability, and sales-oriented mindset.

Core Responsibilities

• Create structured personal branding strategy for sales professionals
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles for authority and positioning
• Design Instagram growth and visibility framework
• Develop content calendar aligned with sales funnel
• Train team members on communication style and content positioning
• Manage publishing workflow
• Monitor growth and engagement performance
• Coordinate design/video support if required

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 5+ years experience in social media strategy and personal branding
• Proven experience working with sales teams or business professionals
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn positioning and B2B authority building
• Ability to build systems, not just manage posts
• Strategic mindset focused on lead generation
• Strong communication and training capability

Preferred

• Experience building personal brands in investment, business, or corporate sectors
• Access to design/video support team
