Position: Head of Unit – News Desk

JPC: 5625

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience: 6+ Years

Role Required

Managing the unit’s resources (human, financial, technical, assets) efficiently and effectively to achieve the department’s goals.
Applying administrative regulations and evaluating the unit’s operations and conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational performance.
Reviewing the unit’s performance reports and monitoring the implementation of project plans.
Executing and monitoring administrative activities within the unit according to approved authorities.
Conducting annual evaluations of employees and providing them with the necessary support to achieve their goals.
Preparing and monitoring systems and tools for operations and development plans within the unit.
Reviewing journalistic materials and supervising their editing and delivery as necessary.
Ensuring the quality of editorial content, accuracy of information, and clarity of writing.
Reviewing, editing, and proofreading texts for publication across different platforms.
